Nearside Camera for Goldstar
We recently visited Goldstar in Felixstowe to replace a nearside camera identified through our remote access platform. Thanks to our live monitoring setup, we were able to confirm the fault remotely, determine a replacement was needed, and book the job in alongside other scheduled work to minimise disruption. The new camera was installed in line with Goldstar’s operational needs, ensuring minimal downtime and keeping their fleet moving.
Reverse Camera’s For All Clear Skips
We received a call from All Clear Skips requesting assistance with two rear cameras that had failed. Without the opportunity to inspect the vehicle in advance, we came prepared—with replacement cameras and a range of alternative connections to ensure we could resolve the issue on the spot. The service call was booked in just three days after it was raised, and the cameras were successfully replaced to get the vehicle back up and running with minimal delay.
Camera and SSD for Bolton Bros
While on-site at Bolton Bros for scheduled work across several vehicles, we identified that the side camera views on two units were significantly impaired. After discussing the issue with the customer, we carried out immediate replacements to restore clear visibility. Additionally, our remote access platform flagged a failing SSD on one of the systems. We replaced this during the same visit to ensure the recording function was fully operational, keeping the vehicle compliant and protected.
