DVR COVER BOX
We designed and built a custom box for a customer who needed quick, easy access to their DVR behind the passenger seat. This was fitted across their fleet so every vehicle was the same.
Behind Windscreen – Not Stuck On
We designed our forward-facing camera to mount off the windscreen, so it doesn’t need replacing when the glass does — saving time, cost, and keeping vehicles on the road.
High Rise - Resist Jet Wash Damage
We manufactured custom brackets to suit a specific vehicle, allowing the side camera to be mounted at the exact height our customer needed for optimal visibility.
Cupboard DVR with Hidden Cables
We custom-built this DVR box to neatly fit inside the overhead cupboard, hiding both the unit and all cabling for a clean, factory-fit finish.
Tablet Cradle Fitted Across 300+ Fleet
We designed and manufactured bracket holders that position the driver’s tablet and our camera monitor side by side for easy access. This setup is now fitted across every vehicle in their 350+ fleet for consistency and driver convenience.
Turn Left Alarm Bracket Per Model
We manufactured a range of custom brackets for our Turn Left Alarm, tailored to each vehicle make and model. This ensures a strong, neat, and consistent fit across the fleet — making installation simple and troubleshooting easier down the line.
Cab Framework
We built a custom framework to securely hold multiple utensils, including a broom, spade, and wheel chocks — keeping everything organised, accessible, and safely stored.
